Entrance policy
Minimun age & Identification
You must be at least 18 years old to enter Club UP. In case of doubt, you are required to show a valid form of identification. Without valid ID, access may be denied. Photos are not accepted.
Respectful Behaviour
Any behaviour that is perceived as harassing, threatening, intimidating, or otherwise unwanted by other guests or our staff will not be tolerated. This may result in a warning, immediate removal from the venue, and/or denial of future access.
Drugs Policy
The possession, use, or dealing of drugs is strictly prohibited at Club UP. All guests may be checked at any time while visiting the venue. In case of a violation, the guest will be removed immediately and a local ban will apply. The police will always be notified.
Weapons & Safety
It is strictly forbidden to bring weapons into Club UP. If management suspects a threat to health, safety, or public order, items may be confiscated and access will be refused. The police will be notified in such cases.
Security Check
All guests are required to cooperate with security checks at the entrance.
Refusal to undergo a security check will result in denial of access to Club UP.
Alcohol & Drug Intoxication
Guests who are suspected of being under the influence of alcohol or drugs may be denied entry at the discretion of our security and management.
Admission Policy
When Club UP is at capacity, or when a special invitation or guest list policy applies, we reserve the right to refuse entry.
House rules
Respect & Inclusion
We expect all guests to behave respectfully and with a positive, tolerant attitude towards other visitors and our staff. Discrimination or intolerance based on origin, culture, gender, sexual orientation, religion, or age will not be accepted.
Behaviour & Conduct
Guests who are visibly intoxicated, misbehaving, harassing, threatening, intimidating, or showing any other form of unwanted behaviour may be removed from the venue.
In such cases, no compensation or refund will be provided.
Lockers & Personal Belongings
The use of lockers is mandatory.
Jackets, coats, helmets, and backpacks must be stored in the lockers at all times while inside Club UP.
Smoking Policy
Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside Club UP. Violations may result in removal from the venue and/or official fines, which will be charged directly to the offender.
Emergencies & Safety
In case of an emergency, guests must always follow the instructions of our staff and security team.
Liability
The management of Club UP is not responsible for personal injury, loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
Refund Policy
If guests are denied entry or removed from the venue due to violations of the entrance policy or house rules, no refund or compensation will be granted.
